Come and influence and impact across the entire Countdown NZ business. This role reports to the Agile Team Facilitator Chapter Lead, you’ll be joining a highly motivated team of Agile Team Facilitators. As an ATF you will have deep exposure to a number of agile frameworks and act as a servant leader for the team.

About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
This role will be part of our talented ATF’s who will be,

Responsible for ensuring full participation of all squad members in the delivery of value.

Able to utilise a pragmatic approach by leveraging different tools and techniques to get the team to their desired outcomes.

Responsible for the application and facilitation of Continuous Improvement practices and getting the team to adopt a team first mindset.

Working with Product Managers and if necessary, management teams to remove impediments.

Ensuring that the work is visible and transparent, not just within the team but also outside of the team.

Ensuring that the key agile events such as daily scrum, product backlog refinement, estimation sessions, sprint planning, discovery workshops and retrospectives are executed and facilitated.
About You | Mōu
As an agile steward, you will work to ensure that our teams adhere to agile theory, practices, rules and hold the team collectively and individually accountable.
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Proven ability to cultivate an Agile mindset within a team or squad

Some training/coaching experience.

An ability to adapt your approach and think independently, not being afraid to suggest new ideas.
We are looking for someone with a Scrum Master certification (e.g. CSM or PSM) or equivalent.
