We’re looking for a Assistant Long Manager - Nights to join our Countdown TOKOROA team

About You | Mōu

In this role we are looking for our next leader to:

  • Be a strong people leader and have the ability to motivate a team

  • Be organised and be able to prioritise workload to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner

  • Hold a General Managers certificate and forklift licence - preferred but not essential

As a dedicated night owl you will be working outside our normal trading hours to get the job done. A night in the life of an Assistant Long Manager - Nights could look like

  • Ensuring the shelves are stocked and looking great for our customers who will be shopping the next day

  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the store and stockrooms

  • Keeping your team striving and motivated to achieve great results within tight time frames

  • Championing health and safety practices

The hours and days for this Assistant Long Manager - Nights position are Sunday to Thursday 1700-0230
