We’re looking for a Service Deli Manager to join our Countdown Andersons Bay team

About You | Mōu

As well as a passion for people and fresh food we are looking for our new leader to have

  • A demonstrated, proven, knowledge and passion for fresh food

  • Strong and clear communication skills to effectively interact with our customers and team members

  • Strong leadership skills to train and develop your team to ensure food safety is always top priority

  • Excellent prioritisation skills which will enable you to manage your workload

  • The ability to obtain a Food Safety Certificate

From meats and cheeses to antipasto you will be joining a hands on and customer focused department. A day in the life of a Service Deli Manager could look like

  • Meeting daily and weekly targets, KPI’s, ordering, stock taking and rostering

  • Implementing promotion planning with great detail and in a timely manner

  • Training and developing Deli team members as well Supervisors

  • Championing Health, Safety and Food Safety practices

The hours and days for this Deli Manager position are

Tuesday to Saturday 0700 - 1630
