We’re looking for an eStore Manager to join our Countdown Grey Lynn Central eStore team.

About You | Mōu
We are looking for our next eStore Manager to have:
- Previous retail or eCommerce Operations management experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage a retail or eCommerce operation with commercial success
- The ability to build, maintain, and influence stakeholder relationships
- An ability to illustrate a team first and customer first approach to business
- Strong knowledge of health and safety, wellbeing legislation and best practice
This is a full-time position of 45 hours per week Monday to Friday. The specific roster can be discussed during the interview stage.
With full responsibility for the stores performance you will need analytical skills that allow you to identify when change is needed. As a new eStore Manager you can expect to:
- Lead your team in the driving of operational and online activity, continuous improvement and profitability
- Coach your team to be passionate and knowledgeable about the products and online processes in your store
- Lead a high performing team in providing our customers with an excellent online shopping experience
- Attract, select and train talented and passionate employees and develop succession plans
