About the Role

As the Developer D365 , you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in Dynamics 365 (D365) with the ability to resolve problems and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

The role requires a hands-on applications technical expert with a desire to assist others to resolve problems, the ability to coordinate others to assist in problem resolution, and the ability to communicate to non-technical and technical stakeholders. Apart from core technology and inter-personal skills the role also requires vendor engagement and management skills relevant to cloud hosted applications (SaaS, PaaS and IaaS).

Working closely with team leads in agile environment this role will provide development capability for the team for end-to-end delivery of enhancements, projects and solutions, and application support to ensure excellent customer satisfaction whilst managing stakeholder expectations.

Key Duties:

• Development of code to deliver features, enhancement and upgrades and assigned tasks.
• Ability to create a program of work and play a Technical SME role on project engagements.
• Assist the tech lead and architects with Solution Design for Dynamics 365 CE and FO modules.
• Leverage technical expertise to advise and implementation CRM & D365 solutions.
• Perform code reviews of work done by other team members.
• Safeguard’s customer data and information against accidental or unauthorised access, modification, destruction or disclosure.
• Assist the tech lead and architects with Solution Design for Dynamics 365 CE and FO modules.
• Contribute to the technical design and solution development across all phases of projects and BAU work undertaken by the team (e.g. Plan, Analyse, Design, Build and Test)

About you:

• Ideally degree qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering and/or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in equivalent role
• Experience working in an Agile Team environment, specifically using Jira, will be highly regarded.
• Experience working with SaaS vendors and third-party providers of applications solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in documenting Solution Designs and working within product base teams.
