About the role:
Reporting to the Change Practice Lead, you will support our large scale Learning Evolution Program. Ou will provide high‑quality change analysis, insights and evidence to inform decision making, sequencing and delivery across the program. The role sits within the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) and works closely with change managers, program and delivery teams, business stakeholders, technology partners and vendors.
The Change Analyst is responsible for capturing, synthesising and analysing change data to support a clear understanding of impacts, readiness and adoption across affected stakeholder groups. This includes translating qualitative and quantitative inputs into practical insights such as impact heatmaps, readiness and adoption metrics, resistance indicators and prioritisation and sequencing recommendations that inform program planning and support leadership decision making.
Working collaboratively across the program, the role contributes to the maintenance of core change artefacts, reporting inputs and program‑level dashboards, and supports consistent, evidence‑based assessment of change progress and risk operating within established change frameworks, methodologies and program governance. The Change Analyst plays a key role in strengthening insight‑led change delivery by enabling clear visibility of change impacts, readiness and adoption trends over time.
The Change Analyst operates in an advisory capacity, providing evidence‑based insights and recommendations to support program leadership decision making within agreed change frameworks and governance.
This is a 12month contract role
