About the role:

Reporting to our Head of People Services, you will play a key role in providing critical data analysis and insights that shape People & Culture initiatives and align people metrics with organisational goals. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in people systems, strong analytical skills, and deep understanding of People metrics, all while effectively communicating complex data to drive strategic decisions.

Your key duties will include:

  • Analyse and report on people metrics, identifying trends and delivering actionable insights to inform People & Culture and organisational strategies, fostering continuous improvement.

  • Design and deliver regular and ad-hoc reporting, identifying opportunities to leverage data for insights and efficiency.

  • Prepare and develop impactful people data and metrics for leaders and management, including monthly and annual reporting, to influence strategic planning and decision-making.

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP SuccessFactors, providing support to People & Culture team, leaders, and employees.

  • Contribute to system decision-making, scoping, and implementing People & Culture system projects that support the overall People strategy.

  • Continuously enhance processes to improve the employee and manager experience, utilising feedback and data to optimise system functionality and user experience.

Your ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations makes you an invaluable partner in driving the success of our People & Culture initiatives.

Key Requisites

  • Experience in HR or people analytics ideal with SAP SuccessFactors or a similar HRIS
  • Advance Excel, Power Query and Power BI skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards and workforce insights.
  • Ability to communicate data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understanding of people data governance, privacy and compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and continuously improve processes
