About the role

Reporting to our Go-to-Market & Planning Manager, you will be responsible for leading high performing digital campaigns across digital media, social media and paid and natural search (SEO), to build brand awareness, engage members and deliver on CPA Australia’s broader business objectives. You will provide strategic direction for our full funnel paid media activity, and work with the third-party media agency, social media team, journey marketing teams and content strategist to deliver campaigns targeted to each stage of the member journey. This role is accountable for the ongoing monitoring and optimisation of customer journey experiences across paid media channels, driving meaningful impact and value outcomes that exceed customer expectations.

Your key duties will include:

• Lead the planning and execution of paid media strategy, focussed on full funnel KPIs of our prospective member audiences (B2C, B2B) and member audiences (ASA to CPA, Fully Qualified CPAs)
• Finalise and approve briefs for paid media activity and provide to third party media agency for implementation, day to day management and reporting.
• Manage allocation of budgets and scheduling of paid media by third party media agency
• Oversee third party media agency day-to-day activities and performance on behalf of CPA Australia.
• Lead always on paid social media activity – as well as channel specific campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn and Tiktok
• Monitors paid media performance and takes steps to optimise and improve effectiveness
• Manage detailed paid media budget tracker and report back to Marketing SLT & Finance teams

About You:

• Previous experience in digital and social paid media, search and search engine optimisation strategy, implementation and optimisation including key tools operations and management
• Demonstrated experience leading paid media campaigns and media buying
• Operational knowledge of analytics, optimisation and personalisation tools and processes such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Marketo, Sitecore (or other CMS personalisation solutions) and specialised SEO platforms and services
• Strong problem-solving ability, analytical aptitude and capability to manage competing issues, working to tight deadlines

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
