About the role
As the Events administrator (platform and systems), you will play a key behind-the-scenes role supporting the delivery of CPA Australia’s events and learning activities, including webinars, workshops, conferences, and professional development offerings.
Working closely with event owners and internal stakeholders, you will be responsible for accurately setting up, maintaining and quality-checking event and product information across our systems. Your work ensures events are configured correctly, function smoothly for members, and are supported by clear, reliable processes.
This is not an event planning or onsite delivery role. It is an operational and systems-focused position suited to someone who enjoys structured work, attention to detail and working behind the scenes to support high-quality event delivery.

-
Set up and maintain event and product information across multiple systems to support the purchase and delivery of events and workshops
