About the role:

CPA Australia’s Global Mentoring Program connects CPA Australia members from all over the world, selecting suitable pairs based on their shared goals and experience. A mentoring relationship is a powerful development experience that will deliver personal and professional benefits for both the mentor and the mentee.

Reporting to our Senior Manager of Product Implementation and Performance, you will primarily be responsible for managing the coordination and execution of our CPA Australia Global Program and the On-Demand Mentoring Pilot. As well as having the opportunity to support broader Delivery Enablement projects.

Your Key Duties will include:

• Managing CPA Australia’s Mentoring Solutions
• Overseeing end-to-end processes for attraction, selection, and matching of mentor and mentee pairs, coordinating onboarding (training and induction) events, and ensuring a positive member experience
• Project and program management, including review processes, and managing contract, financial, and legal aspects
• Facilitate and coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure development and delivery of appropriate assets to promote the CPA Mentor Program
• Design and implement additional program requirements, potentially expanding into new streams or mentoring tools, benefiting both active participants and general members.
• Maintain strong ties with Mentors and Mentees to ensure successful participation in the program
• Adhoc Delivery Enablement Projects, including project planning and delivery within scope, timelines, and budget.
• Driving continuous improvement and innovation to enhance member experience.
• Building strong cross-functional relationships and managing stakeholders effectively
