About the role

Reporting to our Head of People Experience, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how our people connect, grow and deliver impact globally. This role focuses on enabling organisational development initiatives that support the creation of exceptional people experiences and a deeper understanding of the moments that matter across the employee lifecycle. The role will bring people and culture diagnostics to life through strong data storytelling and play a key role in enabling our performance and development cycle, as well as our recognition programs. It’s a genuinely impactful role that helps people have better work days.

Your day to day will include:

  • Lead the development and embedding of CPA Australia’s culture and engagement approach to support strategic and performance outcomes including culture and engagement measurements, employee lifecycle surveys and extensive trend and data analysis.
  • Support the design and delivery of performance, recognition and talent management frameworks to ensure they are aligned with contemporary practice and enable organisational performance.
  • Lead the design, governance and cyclical delivery of performance practices aligned with Total Rewards and Employee Value Proposition frameworks.
  • Provide internal consulting and advisory support to leaders and People & Culture on organisational design, capability trade‑offs and systemic impacts.
  • Build effective partnerships and enable the delivery of people and culture initiatives aligned to organisational priorities
  • Provide evidence-based insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.

About you:

You are an experienced OD practitioner with proven success in delivering employee lifecycle initiatives. You enjoy working in a dynamic, team environment with a diverse range of stakeholders. Your experience in the design and delivery of organisational development interventions: such as performance, talent & succession, culture & engagement, and employee experience will see you flourish in this role. You have a hands-on approach and a proven ability in leading and influencing people initiatives. You enjoy working with data and research to provide insights, trends and inform decision making. You add value through diagnostic platforms and leveraging benchmarks to inform priorities and measure impact. Degree qualified, you’ll ideally bring with you accreditation in behavioural tools, psychometric assessments, and methodologies.
