We’re seeking an experienced Communications Specialist to support our large scale transformation project.. Reporting to our Head of People Experience, you’ll design and deliver communication strategies that keep our internal stakeholders informed, engaged and aligned to key program milestones.
This is an initial 12month contract
Your day to day duties will include:
- Develop and deliver multi‑channel internal communications.
- Create FAQs, QRGs, presentations, videos and support materials.
- Manage version control and maintain accessible communication artefacts.
- Track and report on communication effectiveness.
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback to improve engagement.
- Develop communication guidelines, templates and program‑specific policies.
- Collaborate with Change and Business Readiness leads on comms and engagement plans.
- Support communication metrics for the Business Readiness Dashboard.
- Manage communication platforms including intranet and email channels.
- Maintain an annual communication calendar of key LE activities.
- Build strong relationships across program teams to understand communication needs.
About You:
- Demonstrated experience in strategic communications - preferrable in a project environment
- Tertiary qualifications in communications, PR or related field
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills
- Excellent written, verbal and organisational abilities
- Solid understanding of communication best practice
- High energy, proactive and adaptable
- Collaborative, solutions‑focused and detail‑oriented
