About the role:
The Delivery Administrator supports the Learning Evolution Program by coordinating delivery, financial, procurement, and governance activities. This role ensures program schedules, records, and financial data are accurate and up to date, while assisting with reporting, workshops, contract administration, and invoice processing. Working within established frameworks, the role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The Delivery Administrator plays a key part in maintaining program oversight, supporting informed decision‑making, and identifying process improvements, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of program delivery.
This is 12 months fixed term contract.
About you:
You bring experience supporting financial, procurement, or project delivery activities within a complex organisation. You’re highly organised, detail‑oriented, and confident maintaining accurate records across multiple systems. You can work independently within established frameworks, exercising sound judgement and escalating issues appropriately. With strong communication skills, you prepare clear reports and collaborate effectively with program, finance, and governance teams. You’re comfortable using financial and project tools such as Excel, D365, or similar systems. proactive in identifying risks, resolving discrepancies, and supporting continuous improvement, you thrive in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate program activities, dependencies, and delivery timelines in collaboration with delivery and content leads.
- Coordinate authors and contributors by supporting planning, sequencing, and progress tracking of content development activities.
- Maintain program delivery artefacts, registers, and schedules to support accurate reporting and oversight.
- Maintain accurate and up to date program financial data, including budgets, forecasts, and actuals, in line with approved assumptions and guidance from the Program Manager and Finance Business Partner
- Execute the day to day coordination of the invoice payment process, including:
- Creating and maintaining vendor records
- Raising Purchase Requests (PRs), Purchase Agreements (PAs), and Purchase Orders (POs)
- Tracking approvals and performing goods receipting
- Submitting invoices with correct documentation and PO references
- Respond to invoice and payment related queries, escalating complex issues as required.
- Maintain the contract register, including updating records, tracking key dates, and monitoring contract status.
