Exciting opportunities currently exist for a highly skilled and passionate Chef de Cuisine to join Crown’s Banquets team! You will assist the Executive Sous Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen delivering products to over 30 outlets and catering for functions from 10 to 2000 guests.

The Banquets team is committed to delivering exceptional standards and outstanding service Crown wide.

What you need to succeed:

• Demonstrated experience in a leadership role
• Exposure in high volume, 5 star hotel, events & conferencing or banqueting environment
• Effective leadership skills including the ability to train and mentor your team
• Demonstrated exceptional organisational, time management & delegation skills
• Strong business acumen to assist in the monitoring of food and labour costs
• Experience liaising with a wide range of stakeholders including senior level Management
• Ability to rapidly adapt to change and lead team change processes
• Ability to maintain high and consistent food standards at all times
