• Ensure appropriate data governance and quality, including the secure handling of personal, sensitive, and commercially confidential information, and the ongoing maintenance of accurate, consistent, and reliable datasets, including student, contact, and stakeholder records.
• Prepare financial summaries, payment schedules, and high-quality reporting outputs, delivering accurate and timely reports for both external compliance obligations and internal operational decision-making.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data issues in collaboration with program stakeholders, and contribute to the continuous improvement, documentation, and standardisation of data, reporting, and business intelligence processes, applying initiative and judgement in interpreting and enhancing policies, procedures, and systems.
• Liaise with stakeholders to anticipate needs, provide informed advice and recommendations, and ensure activities remain aligned with client expectations and program outcomes.
• May deliver training and guidance on systems, processes, and reporting practices to team members.
• Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support program delivery and uphold CSIRO’s reputation and values.
• Adhere to CSIRO’s Values, Code of Conduct, and Health, Safety and Environment requirements, and undertake other duties as required.
