CSIRO’s Business & Infrastructure Services (CBIS) team are seeking a Minor Works Coordinator to work at their Geelong site.
As the Minor Works Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and delivering equipment and infrastructure projects from start to finish at the Australian Centre for Disease Prevention (ACDP). These projects typically range in value from $20,000 to $400,000 and have a strong engineering focus, with future projects potentially of even greater value.
Reporting to the ACDP Technical Support Manager and operating within the project governance structure, you will be accountable for ensuring projects are completed within schedule, cost, and quality requirements. This will include participating in various project activities, working closely with key stakeholders and contractors in a rapidly changing environment to deliver leading-edge project outcomes.

Your duties will include:
- Scoping, costing, co-ordinating and managing end-to-end project delivery ensuring the project delivers on time, on budget, with compliant and fit-for-purpose equipment.
- Overseeing and reporting on project performance to ensure transparency on status, budget, risks and control points.
- Providing technical input into and managing the various project elements.
