The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Campaign Readiness Specialist to join our dynamic team in our Supply Chain function at Seqirus. Based at Parkville and reporting to the Campaign Readiness & Execution Senior Manager, you will provide support to the Influenza Pandemic and Seasonal Annual Strain Update (ASU) and approval process for all markets and products for the Parkville site as part of the Campaign Readiness process.

The Role

• Work with stakeholders and the governance processes associated with campaign readiness (ASU) supply chain activities and initiatives

• Contribute to communications and governance processes to ensure Annual Strain Update (ASU) delivery as per the project schedule and to ensure all stakeholders are involved and contributing to the process

• Collaborate with stakeholders and the governance processes associated with pre-pandemic and pandemic response in alignment with the enterprise pandemic plans

• Contribute and lead as required workstreams from the Parkville ‘Race to Release’ process to ensure continuous improvement across all areas

• Track and monitor resulting actions and work closely with colleagues across the Seqirus network on best practices in line with campaign readiness processes

Your skills and experience

• Tertiary qualification in business, science or a technical field related to products manufactured by Seqirus

• Experience in Supply Chain Management, Pharmaceutical manufacturing, or related field

• Strong project management background with good knowledge of project management tools and processes (including MS Project). PMP qualification highly regarded

• Demonstrated knowledge of pharmaceutical / biological manufacturing, regulatory standards and environments, cGMP and change management

• Experience with Quality and Quality Control Systems preferred

• Analytical focus with ability to pull data from several sources and identify trends
