The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Master Data Analyst to join our Global Master Data Operations team at CSL Behring. Reporting to the Global Head, Master Data Operations, you will be responsible for maintenance of Material Master, Bills of Materials, Operations and Resource data with SAP (S4HANA) system. You will be part of a high performing team partnering with multiple business partners to ensure accurate SAP master data processes are documented.

This is a hybrid full-time permanent role based in Broadmeadows.

The Role

• Support the Production Planning Master Data Steward on data management activitieswithin SAP and MDG
• Support the Global Master Data Operations group as required
• Manage SAP/MDG Material Master Global changes
• Ownership of Material Master creation to obsolescence and governance of maintenance throughout the Material Master lifecycle
• Create and Maintain Bill of Material/Recipes/Production Versions, Operations and Resources records from creation to obsolescence
• Ensure all relevant GxP change controls, quality and compliance procedures are followed when making changes to master data
• Liaise with Subject Matter Experts ensuring all change control and quality procedures are observed

Your skills and experience

• A tertiary qualification in business, supply chain management, or technical field experience
• APICS certification is advantageous
• Experience in a manufacturing cGMP environment (preferred, but not mandatory)
• 2 - 5 years’ experience in SAP Master Data Management, maintenance, and governance
• SAP, MDG, and/or ERP experience required
• Experience in negotiation with cross functional groups
• Experience working in global data governance framework
