The Opportunity
We are looking for a Materials Lifecycle Project Coordinator to join our team at our Broadmeadows site. Reporting to the Materials Lifecycle Manager you will lead and manage the team of material lifecycle associates to ensure all printed packaging design meet regulatory, quality, customer and manufacturing requirements. You will project manage product introductions and other relevant material and packaging projects to ensure they meet production requirements at CSL Behring.
The Role
- Lead and manage the material lifecycle associates to ensure all printed packaging design meet regulatory, quality, customer and manufacturing requirements. This includes overseeing cartons, labels and leaflets throughout the printed material lifecycle.
- Project manage new product introductions for the Broadmeadows manufacturing site. Partner with global commercial teams and co-ordinate with local SMEs across Regulatory, Quality, procurement, production, logistics and Engineering to develop and execute plans.
- Project manage other relevant material and packaging projects in consultation with all internal stakeholders, and work to approve supplier additions, changes and deletions. This will involve project managing complex changes that have a multidisciplinary impact.
Your skills and experience
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- 3+ years of experience in project management
- Experience managing artwork and material changes (although not mandatory but desirable)
- Experience with use of SAP and documentation systems and office management software such as Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat is necessary .
- Experience with change control systems
- An appreciation of the code of Good Manufacturing Practice
- Familiarity with the drug regulatory process and regulations governing the labelling of therapeutic goods
