We’re hiring a Building Operations & Services (BOS) Compliance Coordinator to support regulatory compliance, data analytics, and continuous improvement across Building Operations & Services at our state-of-the art Melbourne site.
You will operate within a highly regulated GxP environment and work closely with engineering, facilities, quality, and external partners to ensure compliant, efficient, and well‑governed building operations.
Your Responsibilities:
Compliance & Quality
- Coordinate and maintain BOS documentation to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
- Track and manage deviations, CAPAs, change controls, QRAs, and training records.
- Lead and oversee BOS Change Requests, including stakeholder coordination and follow‑up.
- Support TGA, OGTR, internal, and external audits and assist with the resolution of findings.
- Monitor supplier and vendor quality performance and ensure training compliance across BOS and CPS.
Data & Continuous Improvement
- Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for facility and system owners.
- Analyse job planning and execution data to improve planning effectiveness.
- Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives across BOS and Facility Support Services.
Your Skills:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in compliance‑related roles within a regulated manufacturing or technical environment.
- Experience in a TGA‑licensed GMP environment and familiarity with electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Veeva, TrackWise, Excel, Power BI, MS Project, or similar systems.
- Sound understanding of GMP and P/ICS regulatory requirements.
