We are looking for a talented Operations Manager to join our team based in Port Hedland. Reporting in to the Regional Branch Manager (North-West). The role provides a great opportunity to continue to grow the business and lead the service and parts teams. This is a hands-on management role and you will be responsible for managing a modern and strategic branch in Port Hedland that supports our On-Highway, Mining and Power Generation customers.

• Lead, motivate, develop and engage a complete team of technicians and office staff.
• Champion Cummins leadership behaviours, mission, vision and values.
• Ensure all health, safety & environmental policies, procedures and legislation are followed, and create an interdependent safety culture.
• Build strong customer and OEM partner relationships.
• Develop and implement business growth plans to improve the customer experience.
• Manage sales, profitability, expenses, WIP and service KPIs in line with regional AOP.
