If you are looking for a role with impact, this senior position in our Corporate IT team will see you play a key role in the development and execution of our Corporate IT projects, delivering innovate solutions across our business.

Reporting to the Asia Pacific IT Solutions Manager, this regional position can be based in any of our main APAC regional offices including Scoresby (Melbourne), Wetherill Park (Sydney), Carole Park (Brisbane), Perth, Singapore, Kuala Lumpa etc.

Responsibilities include\:

• Leverage your talent and experience with strong solutions design and functional fit analysis working with internal teams, imbedded vendors and external suppliers
• Working with internal business key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate these into IT solutions.
• Partner with global Cybersecurity and Architecture team to implement a federated model structure within Asia Pacific
• Complement transformation core initiatives (SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft technologies) with solutions of genuine business need (such as further leveraging Salesforce, SharePoint, integrations with best-of-breed solutions through an adoption approach)
• Drive process automation through business partnering to reduce time-waste and improve the efficiency of repeatable processes
• Approach your delivery of solutions with lateral thinking, leveraging the existing Cummins global knowledge bank and your evolving knowledge of industry innovations,
• Challenge the norm to proactively deliver improvements to business processes.

To be successful in this role you will need the following\:

• Relevant Bachelors Degree in IT
• Business relationship management experience and the ability to conduct probing conversations on business/IT strategy
• Demonstrated experience with RPA/process simplification
• Working knowledge of Cybersecurity best practices
• Demonstrated experience with architecture review processes, solution identification and selection criteria
• Strong experience in the Integration of systems through Mulesoft API services (SAP, Salesforce, etc highly preferred)

• Be competent in Agile execution, possessing an Agile certification, preferably Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Windows software administration/troubleshooting experience
• Experience with Power BI reporting and working knowledge of advanced analytics techniques
• Exposure to SAP S/4 HANA and supporting systems highly regarded
• A curious mind with a passion for emerging technology and thinking outside the IT box
