We are looking for a talented Technical Trainer Instructor - Power Generation to join our team in Scoresby specialising in Technical training to Power Generation Team.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways\:

  • Provide technical qualification training to power generation technicians across Asia Pacific. Role is supporting Cummins technicians, dealers and our customers. Primary focus is the South Pacific region with some support in SE and NE Asia as required
  • Forecast training demand and develop plan to address business needs.
  • Trains and provides technical support to technicians and service personnel on products, policies, systems and tools.
  • Develop expertise through train the trainer sessions and maintain up-to-date training materials.
  • Evaluates training with participant feedback and field performance.
  • Support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintains technical training records and report service capability.
  • Customize and modify technical training programs and presentations as required.

To be successful in this role you will need the following\:

  • Australian state electrical license or equivalent
  • Intermediate level of relevant work experience required, including experience in service.
  • Significant experience working on Cummins power generation equipment or equivalent industry experience.
  • Training experience desirable however not essential
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment desirable. Or a willingness to undertake the qualification as part of the role.
