QUALIFICATIONS
About You
Cummins is seeking 3rd- and 4th-year apprentices who demonstrate:
A strong mechanical foundation and commitment to completing your trade.
A positive attitude, eagerness to learn and a passion for working with diesel engines.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in a team environment.
Strong language, literacy and numeracy skills.
Willingness to rotate through different departments to gain broad experience across our diverse engine product range.
A strong focus on safety and personal wellbeing.
Commitment to contributing to an inclusive and diverse workplace.
