ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a People, Performance & Culture (PPC) Advisor who is passionate about creating positive employee experiences, building an inclusive workplace culture and partnering with leaders to drive organisational success. This role is focused on supporting the delivery of our people strategy, providing people advice and guidance across the business and helping us deliver meaningful Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) outcomes.
The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving people challenges and is committed to making Custom Fleet an even better place to work.
Essential duties:
Coach and support leaders in managing employee relations (ER), industrial relations (IR) and health and safety matters alongside Senior PPC Partners.
Partner with Senior PPC Partners to deliver people solutions that support business objectives and enhance organisational capability.
Support workforce planning and organisational change initiatives that enable business growth and operational effectiveness.
Coordinate and support cyclical people processes including performance reviews, goal setting, calibration activities and compensation planning.
Assist in the review and enhancement of PPC policies and procedures to ensure legislative compliance and alignment with business strategy.
Lead and coordinate initiatives that support the achievement and maintenance of key DEIB programs, certifications and endorsements.
Manage employee engagement and pulse survey activities, including communication, reporting, stakeholder engagement and action planning.
Other duties:
Partner with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives across people processes and programs.
Contribute to projects that enhance employee wellbeing, engagement, inclusion and organisational effectiveness, and make a meaningful difference to our people and communities.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Essential:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a Human Resources / People & Culture
Experience providing advice and guidance on employment relations, change management, and workplace legislation (desirable)
Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence people leaders at all levels.
Other:
Experience managing or contributing to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives.
