- Ensure integrations are scalable, governed and provider-agnostic, including appropriate near-real-time and batch integration patterns and consistent downstream data interfaces.
- Partner with Product Directors and Sales to identify, prioritise and shape high-value data use cases that translate connected fleet and operational data into decision intelligence.
- Manage delivery risks, dependencies, issues and stakeholder expectations throughout the program.
Other duties:
- Lead commercial and operational engagements with telematics providers, aggregator platforms and external technology partners, including solution evaluation, vendor management and integration governance.

- Own operational product performance, including releases, production support, data quality, performance, user adoption, documentation and runbooks.
- Lead triage and coordination of production incidents, facilitate root cause analysis and drive preventative actions.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen data, analytics and decision intelligence capabilities and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay current with relevant data, analytics, AI and product management practices and apply them where they improve client outcomes, operational efficiency or business performance.
