ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Novated Leasing Sales Officer, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, guiding customers through the entire process initially via new web inquiry, then from credit approval to vehicle delivery and activation. This role involves direct collaboration with customers, motor vehicle dealerships and third-party suppliers to ensure efficient and effective settlement processing.
Duties will include (but not limited to) –
- Liaising with customers and dealers to coordinate and manage key documents, scheduling, and logistics for vehicle orders, deliveries, and activations
- Prioritising and overseeing essential settlement activities to consistently meet or exceed monthly key performance indicators
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent customer experiences and deliver accurate and timely novated lease settlements
- Administrative tasks which support team, client and customer experience including EOM reporting including managing Sales inbox, sorting and prioritising to deliver customer and sales outcomes
- Undertaking other reasonable or developmental tasks as directed
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in securing a role with our crew it’s likely you’ll come with experience in the following areas:
- Bachelor’s degree in business related discipline is highly desired
- Have solid communication skills – both verbal & written
- Be a team player and are results driven to hit monthly targets
- Have a strong attention to detail – specifically around timely and accurate inputs for processes and reporting
- Are accountable and highly organised
