Salary: $105,000 – $115,000 per year + Bonus + Super

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a dedicated, experienced, Risk and Compliance Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic, collaborative and high performing Enterprise Risk team as we continue to develop quality risk frameworks to support the Asia Pacific region. While the primary focus of this role will be to develop and implement assurance activities in line with the compliance plan, the position also offers the opportunity to engage in a variety of other risk and governance activities, providing a well-rounded experience in the field of risk management.
Duties will include (but not limited to) -
- Compliance and assurance activities such as establishing internal assurance frameworks, identifying potential risks, and maintaining compliance registers and activities.
- Preparation of high-quality risk and compliance reports for management.
- Managing and maintaining risk management and compliance systems and ensuring data is kept up to date
- Supporting the Operational Risk and Resilience Manager in the development and implementation operational risk management strategies and controls.
- Collaborate with various departments to foster a culture of risk awareness and compliance along with providing guidance and support to teams in implementing risk management best practices

- Have a solid foundation of experience and the confidence to navigate complex challenges independently
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, allowing them to build positive relationships and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in various MS Office software applications, including Word, PowerPoint with advanced Excel skills.
