ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Novated Sales Excellence Manager, you will lead a high-performing team of Sales Consultants to achieve customer acquisition, revenue and margin targets within our Novated Leasing product line. Your focus will be on delivering a best-in-class customer experience while driving continuous improvement in sales processes, systems and team performance.
You will be responsible for driving engagement and penetration of the Novated Leasing proposition across designated accounts, ensuring pipeline activity remains a priority. This role requires strategic thinking, process optimisation and a commitment to maintaining conversion rates and customer experience scores that exceed industry standards. The Novated Sales Excellence Manager has seven direct reports.
Essential Duties
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Novated Sales team to exceed sales targets and conversion benchmarks.
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the Novated Leasing roadmap.
Manage team resources, recruitment, and engagement of top-performing talent.
Build strong partnerships with Product, Marketing, Operations and Relationship teams to optimise the lead-to-order journey.
Maintain deep Novated product knowledge and contribute to evolving our value proposition.
Champion compliance and risk culture across the team.
Role model Custom Fleet’s leadership behaviours and values.
Support strategic client relationships, including event participation and dispute resolution.
Provide data-driven insights to inform business proposals and tender submissions.
Oversee operational tasks including lead allocation, updates to policies and procedures, and input into the Quality Assurance framework.
Collaborate with Operations Manager and Product Director to share best practice and support continuous improvement.
Other Duties
Maintain relationships with Retail automotive distributors/OEM ensuring knowledge of key current and future product and campaign offers in market.
Education & Experience
Essential
Degree in a business-related discipline.
5+ years in a leadership role, preferably in sales.
Other
Experience in Call centre management, managing and tracking performance and compliance.
Experience in Novated Leasing/Salary Packaging highly desirable.
Sales and Customer Service experience.
