ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager - Fleet Services to the execution and delivery of the Fleet Services category strategy across ANZ, in additional to supporting the fuel and decarbonisation portfolios.
This role translates strategic direction into well‑defined product enhancements, pricing recommendations and improved experience design across fuel solutions, emissions and decarbonisation capabilities. This role focuses across compliance services including Vehicle Registration, FBT Management, Road User Charges (RUC), Infringement Management and Toll Management.
The role is focused on effective delivery, progressing roadmap initiatives, contributing to cost‑to‑serve improvements through product design and development and ensuring Fleet Services solutions are commercially sound, operationally scalable and aligned to the broader Custom Fleet ecosystem.
Essential duties:
Executes defined elements of the Fuel, Decarbonisation and Fleet Services portfolios.
Supports delivery of agreed revenue and margin objectives through initiative execution and pricing recommendations.
Leads execution of assigned product initiatives from concept through launch and optimisation.
Coordinates cross‑functional teams across Product, Technology, Operations and Commercial to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and meet defined objectives.
Identifies opportunities to enhance propositions and improve product performance.
Contributes to business cases for product enhancements and new initiatives.
Monitors performance post‑launch and recommends continuous improvements.
Supports ongoing enhancement of fuel, decarbonisation and fleet service offerings based on customer insights and regulatory changes.
Contributes to integration across product journeys within the broader Custom Fleet ecosystem.
Other duties:
Contributes to the design and refinement of customer and operational experiences across Fleet Services products.
Identifies opportunities to simplify workflows, improve scalability and reduce cost‑to‑serve.
Supports automation and system enablement initiatives in partnership with Technology and Operations to improve efficiency and reduce friction.
Partners with Sales and Marketing to support go‑to‑market activities.
Provides product knowledge and value articulation to Sales and Operations teams.
Builds and maintains effective working relationships with suppliers and relevant regulatory stakeholders.
Maintains awareness of market trends, regulatory developments and competitor positioning.
Education & Experience
Essential:
5+ years’ experience in product management, fleet, mobility or financial services.
Proven track record of delivering product enhancements, executing roadmaps and achieving measurable commercial outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, technology or a related field.
Other:
Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance or equivalent experience.
Experience within fleet, automotive, leasing or financial services industries.
