We are seeking a high performing Workplace Strategy and Office Fit out Delivery Manager with a passion for real estate and the desire to work on a range of exciting projects in the Australian market to join Melbourne team.
About the Team
Deloitte Real Estate’s full-service Corporate Property and Workplace Strategy team provides more than just office fit out delivery services. We manage the entire corporate real estate process from project conception to completion and assist with delivering the full corporate real estate solution from workplace strategy to design support to office fit out delivery management.
Our deep experience enables us to take a broader view of the client’s needs and to formulate a comprehensive solution, rather than just the individual components. We see the big picture, rather than focusing on one piece of the puzzle.
As part of this supportive team, you will work for a range of clients on various corporate real estate projects of varying scale, initially in Victoria but with the opportunity to be involved in other national projects as required. You will share your knowledge and skills with an exceptional real estate team and make a positive contribution to helping the business achieve its growth targets.
What will your typical day look like
You will get the opportunity to work alongside seasoned industry professionals with substantial direct corporate real estate and broad property industry experience.
You will build relationships with a range of internal and external clients including Government and Government owned corporations, domestic and overseas banks, national and global companies, publicly listed companies, private businesses, and high net worth individuals and family groups.
Your work is to have a meaningful impact as you support decisions in managing Workplace Strategy and Office Fit out Delivery projects from the initial planning phases through to the completion and handover.

Enough about us, let's talk about you
You are currently a passionate corporate real estate professional with experience in workplace strategy and office fit out delivery management looking to take your career to the next level.
You will have:
- 5-7 years of experience in large office fit out project delivery experience (this is provided as a guide only – please don’t let it limit you if you think you’ve got something to add to our team)
- Strong communications skills
A proven track record in client-side representation - Experience in managing the quality of deliverables and the risk on engagements
- Ability to write professional project status reports to a high professional standard
- A professional qualification relevant to the Project Management industry such as Project Management, Construction Management or similar.
