What will your typical day look like?
As part of our best in class Digital Finance Technology team, you will be managing and monitoring the delivery of large scale transformation projects; Working with client CXOs to bring Extended Planning and Analytics (xP&A) across an enterprise. You will work with our transformation leaders across finance, HR, Marketing, Supply chain to; align to business strategy and set the future operating model design; Enabling Finance and extended strategy through redesign of structure, processes, enabling systems and effective business partnering; Working with the leadership team to identify areas for business development and turn them into success milestones.
You will also coach and develop others, and at the same time be coached and developed by Deloitte’s brightest minds!
About the team
Industries are being disrupted at lightning speed and we’re responsible for helping CXOs stay ahead of the curve (and get that extra sleep at night!). Our high-performing and collaborative team offers CXOs advice to enable and optimise our clients’ strategies, ensuring that they are aligned with the organisation’s long-term goals. We primarily seek to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of organisations at all stages of the transformation journey from designing the change required, to delivering and managing that change and providing assurance around change initiatives.
As part of the Finance and Performance team, we have a strong group of professionals with extensive skills in data and solution modelling in the context of planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial consolidation processes. The diversity in terms of technical knowledge and experience within our team allows us to apply those skills across a variety of market leading EPM vendors including innovative and emerging platforms from market disruptors such as Anaplan.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
You are someone with:
- 10+ years of performance management experience, implementing leading EPM tools such as Anaplan, Cognos TM1, Adaptive Insight, Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC etc.;
- Proven track record in business development or a recognised sales leader in previous roles;
- Minimum of 6+ years’ experience working in professional services or consulting, on digitally enabled transformation of process and service delivery improvements;
- Knowledge of / experience in management reporting principles (e.g. KPI definition, scorecards, etc.) or costing principles (e.g. activity-based costing);
- Strong written / verbal communication and presentation skills
- Experience leading or managing teams and transformation initiatives
