Working alongside the best in the industry, you'll learn how to apply an understanding of our client’s business processes to inform solution development. Grow and develop your skills in conceptualise solutions and take care of big picture requirements around quality assurance, security, scalability and maintainability. Work with leaders in the industry to build solutions involving integration, application development, front-end and server-side environments.

• Consultant – Work closely with clients and coordinate teams to deliver business value

• Analyst – Listen deeply and understand our clients’ business processes to design a solution

• Architect – Bring ideas to life as you take care of big picture requirements around interoperability, scalability and maintainability (all the cool stuff!)

• Developer – Work with Consultants to design a solution involving integration, application development, front-end and server-side environments

• Tester – Play a huge role in quality assurance and automation of continuous-delivery based QA processes (eg. performance and security testing)

• Operations Specialist – Manage important hosted solutions in cloud-based infrastructure

Our team is dedicated to building platforms so that our clients can disrupt industries, before industries disrupt them. Our platforms are built on a combination of open source technologies, cloud platforms, cutting-edge engineering and development practices as well as partnering with the likes of AWS, Google Cloud, Red Hat, MuleSoft, Alfresco and Elastic.

The teams that make up Platform Engineering:

• Operations Engineering: Operations Engineering streamlines our clients operations through optimised monitoring and observability and event management processes. Our dedicated team have platinum partnerships with many software vendors, such as Dynatrace. Our devoted teams hold certifications in ITIL, DevSecOps, and agile ways of working.
• DevOps: The DevOps Engineering (DOE) team performs the 'Ops' function in DevOps. Providing managed services cloud support and development services DOE offers 24/7 support to customers and are at the forefront resolving issues within their environment when needed. Primarily a 3rd level support and development team that specialise in backend integration services on Microservices hosted on MuleSoft, Spring, Azure, AWS, Redhat Openshift and other forms of Kubernetes. The main programming languages used are .Net, Java and Python. This team is the ideal starting place for individuals wanting to learn and grow their career in an environment with a huge focus on team and mentorship.
• Systems Engineering: The Systems Engineering team focus on building and designing modern applications that enable business functions and processes to run seamlessly. Working in cloud services platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), platform as a service offerings (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) and coding bespoke applications (Java, .NET, NodeJS, Python, etc). This is an opportunity for calling for passionate problem solvers as this team are involved in the build, deployment and support of data and integration components that connect SaaS, legacy and third party systems. Systems Engineering believe in connecting key technologies in the business ensuring that the heartbeat of the organisation functions smoothly.
• Quality Engineering: As Quality Engineers, we ensure the quality of applications and platforms by developing automated test suites for all software quality dimensions; and end-to-end monitoring of the quality of deployed systems. We employ latest technologies to implement and continuously improve these services, and offer training in these cutting-edge technologies.
