About the job
As a Consultant/Senior Consultant in our Data & AI Enterprise Content Management (ECM) team, you will use your consulting skills to work with clients to deeply understand their challenges and build next generation, solutions using leading ECM tools. You will be responsible for
- Understand client's document management, records management, scanning and capture and knowledge management challenges to support business process
- Defining organisational content strategies, operation models and road-maps
- Be Involved in the configuration and implementation ECM technologies with the client and consulting team members, such as Microsoft 365 (SharePoint and other MS 365 workloads), OpenText, Hyland and RecordPoint
You will develop and grow your consulting skills to have compelling conversations and presentations with clients and peers to showcase the solutions you have developed with the team. Your career coach will work with you to create a tailored plan that aligns your ambitions with our practice needs, including providing you access to leading training and certification programs and development opportunities.
Knowledge and Experience Required
- Relevant consulting or industry experience. ECM consulting experience is a strong asset
- Ability to link industry-specific business requirements to ECM solutions is an asset.
- Ability to recommend ECM processes, governance, organisational and platform models, tool selections, and application integration options to clients is an asset
- ECM project experience through all phases of the project lifecycle from strategy and advisory, scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, training and go-live
- Experience in any one of the following areas:
- Document and records management
- Document imaging & workflow
- Content migration
- Knowledge management
- Enterprise taxonomy and metadata
- Experience with one or more ECM tools such as Microsoft 365 Microsoft 365 (SharePoint and other MS 365 workloads), OpenText, Hyland, Elastic Search and RecordPoint
- Strong commitment to professional client service excellence
- Strong interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
