About the Team
In the Workforce and Payroll Solutions (WPS) team, you will be accountable for successfully delivering Workforce Software Solutions to clients across industries and enterprise levels.
The Functional Consultant delivers our WorkForce Software (WFS) Suite (Time, Scheduling, Integrations, etc.) to solve clients' business challenges. You will ensure the WFS Suite products being developed comply with the customer needs and are delivered by gathering and defining the customer’s documented workforce management business requirements and validating their expected results.
What will your typical day look like?
- Identify and lead the planning and delivery of Advisory and SI projects across Workforce Management and Payroll market opportunities
- Poactive management of client requirements and expectations
- Support the development of project management skills and capabilities in the team
- Enhance WPS go to market solutions, services and materials through market leading project management
- Develop and standardise applicable WPS Advisory delivery tools, methods and accelerators
KPI’s/Responsibilities
- Responsible for gathering and identifying customer business requirements from users, customers, and other stakeholders. This includes creating, maintaining business requirement documents, use cases (including edge cases), and process diagrams
- Facilitate client workshops, demonstrating understanding in best practices during the implementation of Workforce Management Software
- Manage customer expectations with relevant communication during the project lifecycle
- Gather customer-specific product needs by completing the standard product questionnaires with valid information and communicate information to WFS project teams
- Provide status updates to Project Manager, customers, and stakeholders
- Maintain requirements and keep record of important project artifacts in designated project repository
- Follow procedures and processes established by the Functional Consultant Competency Team Leaders
- Partner with WFS internal teams during project phases to ensure successful implementation
- Assist customers with software testing with roll out and go-live activities (data loads, system initialization)
- Learn and mentor others regarding of labor laws and how they impact employers/employees
- Deliver web-based and on-site customer solution training workshops
- Maintain WFS Product Suite certifications required
Enough about us, What about you
- 2 years+ experience working on WorkForce Management Software implementations
- Knowledge in generating process documentation
- Understanding and/or experience in SQL, Java programing skills
- Background in HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management preferred
- Familiar with aspects of labor laws and how they impact employers and their employees preferred
- Experience in implementing or training on a packaged software system or overly complex internally developed application preferred

The minimum salary requirement for this role is $75,000 inclusive of 10% superannuation.
