With a focus on financial services, your role will be to help grow and drive our strategic vision for change, bringing your networks and experience to our clients across Australia and internationally.
About the team
Based in Sydney, we are currently seeking a Senior Manager or Director to help lead our services within our Trust & Culture practice.
You will help drive our strategy by bringing your consulting and commercial experience and networks to navigate some of the most high-risk and challenging change programs organisations are facing into. You will bring your skills in organisational psychology, behaviour change, culture, ethics, risk management and change management to help organisations manage risk intelligently. Our team focuses on the people elements of risk transformation. We are a purposeful team working to create an impact that matters with each project different from the last.
You will:
- Actively contribute to the growth and development of our people, leading our teams on high impact projects
- Work closely with partners and clients to lead and grow the market and practice
- Be a market maker, using our people, tools and tech to develop and take to market new products and services
- Develop strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, developing an opportunities pipeline and achieving high sales performance
- Lead the delivery of projects to exceed our client expectations
Enough about us let’s talk about you
We are seeking an individual with the following skills and experience:
- 10+ years’ experience leading teams solve complex problems
- Technical experience in culture measurement, reporting and change
- Consulting or in house experience in building and successfully delivering high quality risk culture and change, that exceed client expectations
- Experience in business development and building a strong pipeline of business
- An innovative mindsets, and experience in developing new solutions and taking them to market
- Strong senior level relationships and networks in financial services in Australia
- Depth of experience in leading and growing team to rapidly learn and innovate in a rapidly changing market
- Ability to think strategically, collaborating across the firm for the best client outcomes
- A degree in organisational psychology or related field
