Application Management is far more for us than just keeping the lights on. We help our clients to gain value from their critical SAP solutions every day. We need you to help us grow and deliver our SAP Operate business.
What will your typical day look like?
You are catching up with our SAP Operate lead partner, Jan Lindhaus, and he buys you a coffee to get the day started on the right foot. You log into ServiceNow or Jira – on client site, at our office or WFH - to check the status of your client engagement(s). You will work with your service team members in Australia, the Philippines and India to make sure that critical client services are provided with high quality. You provide regular reports to your client and proactively report risks and issues.
In collaboration with our SAP solution experts and business consultants, you prepare for your quarterly client innovation workshop, highlighting new SAP capabilities and recommending innovative solution enhancements. You and your team are continuously looking for opportunities to digitise and automate “bread and butter” support activities, so you can focus on far more exciting value creation.
You will support Jan and the SAP industry leaders to develop new service solutions, support proposal creation and present our capabilities to clients. You meet up with your fellow service management expert community locally and globally to share experiences and optimise our service models, tools and procedures.
Your key areas of responsibility are:

Full ownership and governance of SAP application management services for your client(s)

First point of escalation for your clients and your team members

Oversee and guide incident assessment, end-to-end resolution, and ensure compliance with service levels and other obligations

Development and execution of a value creation and innovation agenda and roadmap – in collaboration with our SAP solution and domain experts

Establish and manage a collaborative and trusted account relationship with your client counterpart, the client’s leadership team and business and IT team members
