We have an exciting opportunity for a junior lawyer or contract manager to join our in-house legal team, supporting high-value clients in the firm’s technology practice areas.

What will your typical day look like?
With responsibility for the delivery of legal services to a diverse range of internal stakeholders across Deloitte, there will be no typical day! You will have the opportunity to develop and apply your legal skills across Deloitte’s broad portfolio of professional services in a wide range of industries, including the delivery of technology products and services, system implementation and integration, website and app development, managed services, and cyber security.
You can steer your own career as you grow your own portfolio within the Legal team and build relationships within the business as a trusted advisor – leading the review and negotiation of contracts for engagements and providing strategic legal advice to the business.

You will be a curious and enthusiastic junior lawyer or contract manager looking to step into a legal role. This role is perfect for a self-starter keen to support a business at the cutting edge of innovation.
You are someone with:
- Experience working with MSAs, Services Agreements, Statements of Work, Subcontracts, and tender responses.
- A keen interest in developing skills in commercial law.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to handle a high-volume of matters, across all areas of the business.
- Ability to draft, review and negotiate a range of transactional documents and correspondence.
- Ability to adapt to a growing business at an exciting time where service offerings are rapidly evolving to meet market demands.
- Ability to work effectively as part of an energetic, collaborative team.
- Ability to “think outside the box” to present alternatives and solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high attention to detail.
