Deloitte Platform Engineering are looking for a Customer Success Lead/Service Delivery Manager to join their busy and fast-growing team. We are a team of motivated and enthusiastic engineers providing integration and cloud platform support to a range of customers across a broad range of industries.
We manage innovative solutions for Australia’s most prominent companies using a combination of open-source software, cloud-native application architectures, thought leadership and a focus on business value.
We’re looking for someone to help manage our cloud managed services accounts and provide outstanding service and advocacy to our customers. Our ideal candidate comes from a managed services background, likely with a history in incident, operations or account management, and carries some exposure to cloud or integration technologies.

- This role is a member of the DevOps Engineering Team within Platform Engineering. The DOE team is responsible for supporting technology and solutions that Deloitte provide to high profile customers across a range of industries including public sector using a combination of open source software, cloud-native application architectures, thought leadership and a focus on business value.
- Technologies in play include AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, RedHat OpenShift, Docker, MuleSoft, Springboot, Boomi and many more

Enough about us, let’s talk about you;
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly in regards to stakeholder management (internal and external)
- Outstanding time management and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to lead and influence technical teams despite not possessing detailed specialist technical knowledge
- Ability to digest and translate technical issues and options and present them to non-technical decision makers, often customer management
- Can-do attitude
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Remedy
- ITIL Certification desirable
- Ability to lead small projects and activities. Project Delivery certifications such as Scrum/Agile/Prince2 would be a bonus.
- Available to be on-call after hours from time-to-time for which you will receive additional compensation
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident as security clearances may be required.
- Previous experience within the Healthcare industry would be highly regarded
