We’re looking for a visual designer with impeccable design skills, a love of conceptual thinking, and the talent to translate ideas into design. It’s not essential that you are studying brand, advertising, or communications, but it will help. It is essential that you are curious, entrepreneurial, and creatively courageous. And it’s great if you have gusto, gumption, chutzpah, moxie, and get-up-and-go. All of them.
If you’re still trying to figure what sort of creative you want to be (but can design like an Angel) then this place might be perfect. We are a dexterous team that practice many different forms of commercial creativity, and you will be exposed to it all, and expected to jump in with vigour.

Core skills:
Team co-ordination:
- Be able to inspire and motivate the teams around you
- Bring together multi skilled teams within Deloitte Digital and Deloitte Consultancy to gather inputs across functions and answer challenging problems
- Understand and use our resources to create appropriate and unique solutions for clients
- Have excellent time management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects
Client relationships:
- Understand your clients’ businesses and industries and seek to find value-adds - learn what questions to ask, have a can-do attitude and add value
- Support in managing client WIPs, delivery and timings
- Have great communication skills, be reliable and build relationships with your clients
- Have awareness what’s going on across all live projects, look to anticipate issues and escalate them to managers
Strategy:
- Understand and support the strategic direction on the account, working alongside an Account Director / Strategist
- Understand your clients’ commercial objectives and how we deliver on those through creative work
Creative judgement:
- Be a champion for world class creative work
- Take an interest and have awareness of new innovations in creativity to inform our work
- Analyse how well the creative answers the brief and campaign objectives, and provide clear and honest feedback to help make the work better
Financial Management:
- Be a guardian of the scope and deliverables
- Manage projects to be on time and on budget
- Manage timelines across the production and creative development phases
