What will your typical day look like?
Our Talent team are passionate about partnering with the business to deliver value, impact and create the best place to work for our people. This is a newly created team within Talent to drive the people transformation agenda. You will work with the Transformation lead and collaborate with our Talent SMEs and our Human Capital team to drive impactful people solutions. This will include working to solve complex problems across the employee experience leveraging consulting methodologies balanced with a pragmatic perspective. You will work with senior stakeholders and teams across the business getting exposure to some of the best and brightest minds in the industry.

You are someone with:
- 5+ years’ experience working as a consultant in a professional services environment coupled with HR generalist experience gained from a matrix organisation or larger scale employer
- A strength in structured problem solving, critical thinking, project delivery and consulting methodologies
- The ability to communicate ideas, strategies, and concepts in clear, compelling and credible ways to stakeholders at all levels
- Knowledge of the employee experience and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to deal with ambiguity and demonstrate resilience and strong commitment towards project and person goals.
