About the role
The (Clients, Industries and Markets) CI&M Delivery Excellence Manager is responsible for the successful project management and delivery of major strategic projects that help drive the firm’s CI&M agenda and require mobilisation of CI&M Enablement resources. Projects will include major external marketing campaigns and initiatives; as well as internal projects such as transformation programs, platform rollouts and process changes.
Your role will be as a project conduit, facilitator, and driver; working with various internal teams (both within CI&M and across the broader firm), connecting geographies, functions and marketing disciplines to drive impactful and strategic outcomes. You will also be responsible for successfully running and delivering projects, and driving operational best practice across the CI&M portfolio and a relentless focus on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of how we deliver CI&M priority initiatives.
About the CI&M Program Office
CIMPO is a diverse and experienced team that provides critical operational and strategic support to the Clients, Industries and Markets Executive through the CI&M Chief Operating Officer and CI&M Program Director. The Program Office is responsible for the execution and management of the CI&M agenda and provides strategic advisory and communications support, drives governance and program management oversight and management of ongoing operational performance.
About Clients, Industries and Markets
CI&M acts as the custodians of the firm’s go-to-market strategy and ensure that the firm’s focus and investments are aligned to the CI&M strategic priorities to ensure we win and deliver impactful work for our most important clients. CI&M is led by the Managing Partner, CI&M and the CI&M Executive.
To be successful in this role key deliverables will include:
- You will project manage significant strategic and tactical projects across CI&M, as well as internal programs of work across the firm.
- You will work closely with CI&M and Executive stakeholders alongside marketing, communications and business development team members such as skilled (design) agency resources and subject matter experts to deliver best practice project outcomes and deliverables.
- You will lead by example – delivering projects according to best practice project management methodology and correctly using established project process templates and our project management platform Wrike to coordinate and track your projects. You will continue to drive the evolution and cultural adoption of project management best practice behaviour across wider CI&M. You will work to embed and reinforce our methodology, templates and platforms in the efficient delivery of campaigns and projects.
- You will support the CI&M Program Excellence Director in delivery of other key operational initiatives within the Program Excellence portfolio.

Qualifications, Work Experience & Technical Prerequisites
- Good knowledge of marketing and operations including marketing production and delivery channels and platform types.
- Understanding of professional services environment advantageous but not essential.
- Familiarity with common Project Management methodologies and best practice, in particular Agile.
- Prior use of project management software advantageous but not essential.
