Communications Consultant
About the role
Our Executive Eminence and Communications team works closely with Leadership to develop and manage narratives, voice and messaging across all channels in a manner that is aligned to Deloitte’s strategy and business drivers.
This role sits within our Executive Eminence and Communications team and helps deliver strategic communications and engagement, including change communications to support major transformation programs. Day to day, you will leverage your strengths in stakeholder management, communications strategy and execution, change communications, copywriting, storytelling, content creation and planning to bring our business strategies to life and engage our people.

The Communications, Media and Corporate Affairs team use storytelling and creative communications to elevate the Deloitte brand with holistic and consistent communications across all internal and external channels to enhance our Brand and Partner & Employee Value Propositions against the critical brand domains of Innovation, Digital & Tech, Purpose and Client Experience (trust).
Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
You are someone with:
- 3-4 years’ communications experience - preferably in B2B experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience
- Excellent content creation, writing and communication skills
- Collaborative work style with other teams within communications and firm-wide to ensure communications are coordinated and in line with Deloitte’s strategic approach
- Project management experience
- Change communications experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
