This role leads the Learning team and is accountable for;

  • Onboarding learning experience - in pursuit to ‘engage & activate’ newly hired talent you will play a key role in designing our onboarding learning experiences and will be responsible for the execution of this experience.
  • Graduate learning – continuously innovating to ensure we are designing market leading graduate learning experiences
  • Quality and Risk learning agenda – you will influence how our people experience quality and risk learning across Deloitte, designing solutions that help our people understand and meet their professional obligations.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) onboarding

These programs equip our people to navigate Deloitte with the right knowledge and capabilities (current & future) to accelerate client & project readiness whilst experiencing our unique Deloitte culture. This role will captivate a person who loves to lead from the front in a creative environment. You collaborate and deliver through others will enable you to grow and nurture a wide network of stakeholders including our Executive to Core enabling areas, such as HR, Quality and Risk, IT and Finance. Your extraordinary organisational skills and exceptional stakeholder management will demonstrate your leadership and ability to articulate the impact you and your team make in achieving the Deloitte’s vision.

What will your typical day look like?
Reporting to the Learning Senior Manager, you will be accountable for bringing our onboarding learning strategy to life, from graduate through to Partner and driving our Quality & Risk learning agenda. This role and team forms an integral part of the Deloitte Leadership & Learning team. You will have a small team of direct reports who will work collaboratively with you to deliver on our onboarding transformation agenda.
You will collaborate closely with the wider Leadership and Learning team, the firm’s Quality and Risk team, HR business partners, DEI team, and Talent Acquisition Team. You will connect the dots between the Firm strategy and our internal HR workforce and skills strategies, to deliver on our promise to activate talent potential.

You are someone with:

  • Business partnering background with project management experience, specifically in a medium to large corporate
  • Learning design capability including articulating measurements of success
  • The ability to lead a high performing team to achieve tangible long-term outcomes
  • Proven capability to build, influence and maintain senior stakeholder relationships
  • Passion for networking, with the drive to connect the dots across a complex matrix organisation
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience in budget management and reporting
  • Curiosity to deeply understand and solve for challenging HR/workforce issues
  • A lifelong learner mindset
