Within the Human Capital team sits our Reward & Recognition team. We partner with clients to help create a holistic reward strategy, optimise reward spend and improve the experience of internal reward professionals and the organisations workforce. The Reward & Recognition team is experiencing exponential growth and we are looking for energetic consultants and senior consultants to join our team.

As part of our Reward & Recognition team, you will help change the way the people feel and are valued for their contribution through innovative reward programs. You will be part of team that advises leading government and business in Australia of high quality reward-based strategies to support talent acquisition and retention in a highly competitive market.

What will your typical day look like?

Our Consultants deliver on a broad range of client facing engagements across industry and government. Each day, you will be working with Senior stakeholders, supported by a multidiscipline team, to design, develop and deliver innovative reward solutions that help them grown, retain and inspire their workforces. You will provide critical support to project delivery, client management, research and business development activities, including Total Reward Strategy, Reward / Remuneration configurations in HR Technology and Job Architecture.

As a well-rounded early-career reward practitioner, you have demonstrated experience across all aspects of broad based remuneration – short & long term incentives, job evaluations, benchmarking. You are effective and at ease across a broad spectrum of stakeholders, and able to confidently make informed decisions when exceptions or thinking outside the box is required. You are a dedicated professional who has worked across multiple business domains and have proven experience in delivering transformation HR and/or Reward projects. You will have advanced excel skills with the desire to deep dive into data to understand what is driving the culture of an organisation.
