Program Manager – Integrated Value Proposition (IVP)

What will your typical day look like?
This role is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part in shaping and executing Deloitte’s Integrated Value Propositions. These are some of the firm’s most important go to market priorities. Working closely with our Leaders, Sponsors, and Strategic Marketing team, you will drive and monitor the continual progress of our market leading and winning propositions through exceptional program management skills. You will plan and program manage key priorities and strategic projects required to activate the strategy and actively monitor and drive pipeline through the partner leadership group. You will identify priority pursuits, activate sales enablement, and articulate business cases and advocate for program funding. You will also support the leaders to scale the IVPs, assist in the development and progress of the IVP strategy, planning and ROI.
Practical examples of work
Working with IVP leader to activate the IVP strategy through an agile program of work, by:
- Plan and program manage key priorities and strategic projects required to activate the strategy
- Manage monthly leadership meetings, including shaping the agenda, and collateral
- Ensure representation and collaboration of relevant stakeholders and broader firm as required, including cross Business Unit, Clients, Industries and Market (CI&M) leaders as required
- Actively monitor and drive pipeline through IVP the partner leadership group and finance team, identify priority pursuits, activate sales enablement, and connect and advocate for the programs e.g. relating to funding
- Support leaders to scale the IVPs through focus on go-to-market, including priority offerings, sector intersects, key clients, and differentiators like assets and alliances
- Assist in the development and track progress of the IVP strategy and plans and financial results
- Collaborate with IVP Marketing managers, providing guidance regarding IVP strategy objectives and business development milestones
- Support and drive IVP community group communications to increase profile and build community

You are someone with:
- Experience in a Product Design, Strategic Program Management or Strategic Account Management role
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to prioritise and problem solve and drive programs forward
- Exemplary Stakeholder management skills to influence outcomes and drive collaboration across a matrix structure
- A commercial mindset and understanding voice of the client to how we approach the market
- A collaborative and creative approach to internal engagement and teaming
