Manager - Enabling Areas
Responsible for supporting the enablement of the efficient and effective spend of Deloitte AP’s investment funds to enable profitable and sustainable growth. This role is high performing manager to support the AP Investment Lead and AP Investments Director to help facilitate optimal and timely AP investment decisions across geographies, businesses and sectors to support delivery of the Project Paris business case.
Responsibilities:
- Support the investments Lead and Director with the evaluation of Corporate Development opportunities and evaluation of strategic funding requests
- Drive AP Investment Committee preparation with the objective of ensuring investments enhance the strategic capability of the AP firm, are value accretive, are funded within the AP firm’s capital constraints and are effectively integrated
- Support and enable the fair distribution of investment funding across the Geography, Business and Industry Sector dimensions of Deloitte AP
- Coordinate planned investment spend as part of the annual business planning process across AP, integrating various Business Plans and ensure alignment with the Deloitte AP's Strategic Plan across the Region
- Support the AP Investment Committee members to expedite Partner hiring in line with the goal of ensuring lateral hires enhance the strategic capability of the AP firm, enhance gender balance, are managed within the AP firm’s capital constraints and are integrated effectively
- Work to align investments to the Deloitte AP Strategic Plan and strategic capability roadmap in conjunction with Geography, Business and Industry Sector leads
- Establish processes and tools to monitor current investment pipeline and measure ROI
Requirements:
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Finance or Accounting; advanced Degree a plus
- 6-9 years experience in professional services, experience with a tier 1 consulting firm advantageous
- Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
- Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- An aptitude for analysis and high degree of attention to details
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Excellent problem solving skills, ability to think out-of-the-box, work under pressure and tight project timeline
- Drive, tenacity, client focused and results oriented

The minimum salary requirement for this role is $100,000 inclusive of 10.5% superannuation
