If you answer yes to any of the above, the position of Workday HCM AMS Lead in the Deloitte Workday team is the role for you. This position is unique from any other Workday role in that you will be responsible for a small and growing team, you will be the SME contact for clients, you will lead small projects and be responsible for ensuring the HCM stream deliver on-time and quality outcomes.
There will be times we will require you to roll up your sleeves and implement solutions for complex issue or changes, however, the purpose of this role is not to work on tickets all day but rather assist others in the team and provide guidance and advice to the clients.
Key accountabilities:
- Provide guidance and support to the off-shore AMS team
- Provide expert advice to clients to help them solve challenging issues
- Provide recommendations and advisory to clients to support continuous improvement and optimisation of their Workday solution
- Scope enhancements and small projects
- Trouble shoot complex issues and develop solutions
- Design solutions and work with the other members of the AMS team to configure, test and deploy the solutions and ensure the solution meets the clients’ requirements
- Review and test work completed by the other members of the AMS team

The Workday AMS team sits within the broader Workday teams. The Deloitte Workday team provides the full range of services for clients from the initial planning stages, through full system implementation to on-going support. The Deloitte Workday team are not purely system implementors as the service goes beyond to ensure our clients get the most benefit from their Workday solution. For the Workday AMS team, this means not just fixing issues but providing advisory and guidance on ways to optimise and enhance the Workday experience.

You are someone who has experience in the HR or Technology industry and/or in Consulting or Support Services. This is a role for someone who can build client relationships and provide leadership and support to others.
- Certified in one or more Workday HCM modules in your area
- Experience implementing or supporting Workday
- An ability to think outside the square and find solutions
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A strong ability to work with others and adapt your style to get the best out of others
- Flexibility and ability to juggle multiple tasks
