What will your typical day look like?
- Contribute to defining the target state architecture for the Dayforce solution with emphasis on the security and integration components
- Provide Dayforce technical solution expertise across the platform encompassing Core HR, Talent, Payroll and WFM, working closely with the program functional teams.
- Lead discussions with the client and the Deloitte team for data management, security and SSO, and integration requirements
- Lead discussions with the client and the Deloitte team for the design and configuration of the General Ledger to support GL Transfer integration (where required)
- Present Dayforce technical solution proposals during key forums such as program Design Boards and governance forums
- Propose and review technical solutions across the Dayforce solution and the wider solution landscape driving best practice principles. (This includes Dayforce as well as client legacy solutions)
- Provide expertise and guidance to senior Deloitte and client stakeholders at the required level of detail to drive the best outcomes for the client and the program.
- Resolve technical solution problems areas, including design challenges, integration issues or technical solution capability
About the Team
Deloitte's Workforce and Payroll Solutions (WPS) practice helps clients solve complex business issues by combining process and industry knowledge with deep expertise in enabling technologies and packaged software and this team is expanding rapidly.
We are seeking talented Dayforce Technical Implementation Consultants to become a critical member of Deloitte’s growing Ceridian Dayforce practice, residing with WPS. This role will be at Senior Consultant, Manager or Senior Manager level depending on the right experience and skillset, and will require you to work on client sites and remotely, supporting them throughout the whole project life cycle from Design to Go Live and beyond.
Outside of your client facing and advisory work, you will also play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Deloitte’s Ceridian Dayforce practice. We are looking for leaders of the future, and we offer training to ensure every Consultant has the potential to make it to the top. As an organisation we continue to grow faster than our rivals by continually challenging what we do and how we do it.

You are someone with:
- Strong Dayforce technical solution expertise demonstrated through project delivery across the platform
- E2E lifecycle experience in Dayforce
- Experience in designing and implementing the Dayforce solution across the platform and a mix of clients
- Clear understanding of Dayforce technical solution capabilities and how these meet client business needs
