We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team, and make an impact, supporting our team to drive Delivery Centre adoption within Deloitte.
What will your typical day look like?
The DC Adoption Lead is a newly created role that will be integral to the design and implementation of the future state of our Delivery Network. Driving change and bringing key teams together will be central to this role. You will be a true advocate of Delivery Centre initiatives, and use your existing knowledge of our Firm to further develop a deep understanding of the Business, Delivery Centre usage and opportunities for growth.
Day to day, you will be driving adoption of Delivery Centres and connecting the firm to pools of talent as well as coordinating change management initiatives that support the shift towards use of the Delivery Centres.
Working alongside Business Unit Delivery Centre champions, Senior leaders and Partners, the DC Adoption lead will increase the adoption of the Delivery Centre network by understanding the needs of each business unit, providing visibility of capacity and capability within each centre as well as driving the agenda for extending new capabilities to the network.
The DC Adoption Lead will establish strong working relationships with the Delivery Centre leads across Asia Pacific to understand resource and capability profiles and link them to current and future business demands. The role will also involve collaborating with global partners to understand, create and implement Delivery Centre global best practice to further enhance the transformation journey. Your input into solutions that incorporate the use of Delivery Centres for major pursuits will be invaluable, including sourcing the necessary talent and facilitating the access to capability, or creation of capability in Delivery Centres.
Developing process improvement proposals on how Delivery Centres are managed and developing presentations to communicate to the Firm on our offering will also be central to your role – you will be representing our strategy internally. You will also be responsible for coordinating change management initiatives that support the shift towards use of the Delivery Centres, utilising clear communication and action that builds confidence in the network.
About the team
The Delivery Centre (DC) Team resides within the Transformation Office and provides the management, oversight and support structures for our Local Delivery Centre network. Delivery Centres is one of the four digital pillars alongside Assets, Alliances and Operate, responsible for delivering our transformation agenda, ‘Four at the Core’. As part of ‘Four at the Core’, the Delivery Centre team drive the decision-making process across all Business Units to deliver best in class solutions for clients, both from a capability and cost perspective, through utilisation of our offshore Delivery Centre network.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
You will be a highly motivated individual, with excellent communication skills and previous experience working with large complex businesses. Additionally, you will possess:
- Experience in implementing and driving change at a process, project or business level
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience in stakeholder communications
- Experience in Account or Relationship Management
- Ability to analyse and understand complex business processes.
- Operational change planning experience to mitigate disruption to business functions
- Ability to solve problems and find solutions
- Bachelor degree in a business related discipline
- Experience in process documentation and presentations
- Practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, flow charts, presentations
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
